End User License Agreement

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, “Licensor” means the anonymous collective responsible for Demo Frog, “Licensee” means you, and “Token” means $DEMO, a fungible digital unit on Robinhood Chain to which no rights, claims or expectations of any kind are attached.

2. Acceptance

By scrolling, blinking, or continuing to exist within viewing distance of this document, the Licensee irrevocably accepts every term herein, including terms that have not yet been written, terms written in invisible ink, and terms the Licensor will make up later.

3. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable-at-whim license to look at $DEMO and feel something. No other right is granted, implied, or winked at.

4. Restrictions

The Licensee shall not screenshot, frame, laminate, fork, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer the Token, nor attempt to read, in whole or in part, the group chat from which the Token was born.

5. No Warranty

THE TOKEN IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, “AS WAS” AND “AS MAY SHORTLY NOT BE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR WHISPERED INTO A DRAIN AT NIGHT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, GAINS, MISSED GAINS, EMOTIONAL DAMAGE, OR COPE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE TOKEN, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH COPE.

7. Volatility

The Licensee acknowledges that the Token is, in a meaningful sense, a meme, and assumes all risks associated with red candles, green candles, sideways candles, dev silence, whales, and crying.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delawarethe group chat, without regard to conflict of law principlesgravity, and any dispute shall be heard exclusively in the courts of that Statea Discord of its choosing.

9. Assignment

The Licensee may not assign or transfer this Agreement to any third partyother degen without the prior written consentemoji of the Licensor, which may be withheld for any reasonno reason at all.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delay caused by acts of Godthe landlord, wara whale, pandemica light drizzle, or governmental actionsomebody reading the notice out loud.

11. Notices

All notices under this Agreement must be delivered in writing to the registered officepinned message of the Licensor. Notices delivered to the Token itself will be filedturned into another meme.

12. Severability

If any provisionvibe of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisionsvibes shall remain in full force and effectkeep pumping anyway.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understandingwhole meme between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations and representationsrent notices, whether oral or writtenposted at 3am.

14. Termination

This license terminates automatically if the Licensee breaches any term hereofsells the bottom. Upon termination the Licensee shall return all copies of the Tokentheir original entry price, which, frankly, nobody wants.

15. IndemnificationOrigin story

The Licensee shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Licensor and its affiliates, officers, agents and reply guys from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses.

16. Audit RightsEarly years

The Licensor may, upon reasonable notice, audit the Licensee's use of the Token, including but not limited to how often the Licensee checks the chart, and why.

He has no contract, no chart and no holders, and he likes it that way.

17. Export ControlThe incident

The Licensee shall not export, re-export or transfer the Token to any jurisdiction where the export of small internet animals is restricted or merely frowned upon.
